Lenora was born on September 8th, 1859 in Pennsylvania, USA.1  Lenora's father was Henry Hebenthal and her mother was Elizabeth B Slonecker (Hebenthal).  Her paternal grandparents were John ? Hebenthal and Margaret ? ? (Hebenthal); her maternal grandparents were Adam Slonecker and Nancy Bechtell (Slonecker). She had four brothers and three sisters, named David, George, Charles, Frank, Isolina, Nanabel and Margaret.  She was the second oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 26 on August 6th, 1886.  She was buried at the Fairview Community Church Cemetery, Bullskin Twp., Fayette County, Pennsylvania, USA.1
