John Hunter 
John was born in 1833 in Houghton, Co Durham.1 John's father was Robert Haswell Hunter and his mother was Hannah Jane Ford. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Alexander, Robert, Isabella, Mary, Hannah and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 73 in 1906 in Easington, Co Durham.-
