Frances Baldwin 
Frances was born in 1848 in Saxlingham, Norfolk.1 Frances' father was George Baldwin and her mother was Elizabeth Fulcher. Her maternal grandparents were William Fulcher and Hannah Collins. She had three sisters named Hannah, Martha and Margaret. She was the second youngest of the four children.-
