Jane Mary Todd
Jane was born in 1858 in Dubmire, Houghton Le Spring, Co Durham. Jane's father was George Todd and her mother was Elizabeth Hall. Her paternal grandparents were William Todd and Ann; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Hall and Isabella. She had six brothers and four sisters, named William, Thomas, George, Edward, Joseph, John, Ann, Isabella, Elizabeth and Frances. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.-

Jane lived in South Back Lane, Newbottle, Co Durham in 1861.She lived in Junction Row, Newbottle, Co Durham in 1871.

Jane and Anthony were married in 1875. They had three sons and two daughters, named Edward, George, Anthony, Elizabeth and Mary.

Anthony Smith
Anthony was born in 1899. He died at the age of 72 in 1971 in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.
