Anthony Smith Foster
Anthony was born in 1856 in Penshaw, Co Durham. Anthony's father was Thomas Foster and his mother was Ann Smith. His paternal grandparents were John Foster and Mary Ann Walker. He had a brother and three sisters, named Thomas, Mary, Dorothy and Margaret. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 72 in 1928.-
