Mary Raine

Mary was born in 1820 in Middleton, Teesdale, Co Durham and her baptism took place there on April 23rd, 1820.¹   Mary's father was John Raine and her mother was Mary Bainbridge.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Raine and Margaret Gibson. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, William, Margaret, Mary, Mary and Ann.  She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 2 on July 12th, 1822 in Middleton, Teesdale, Co Durham.²
