John Mountain 
John was born in 1774 in Otley, Yorkshire.1 John's father was Francis Mountaine and his mother was Mary Bodes. His paternal grandparents were Francis Mountaine and Margaret Dunwell. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Francis, Francis, Joseph, Mary and Issabelah. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 3 in April 1777 in Otley, Yorkshire.1
