William was born in 1870 in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. William's father was John HARRIS and his mother was Eliza WRIGHT. His paternal grandparents were William HARRIS and Elizabeth DUFFIN; his maternal grandparents were Charles WRIGHT and Susannah BARR.
