Thomas was born in 1863 in West Bromwich, Stafford.1   Thomas' father was Samuel PAGE and his mother was Elizabeth WALMSLEY.  His paternal grandparents were Simeon PAGE and Sarah <UNKNOWN>. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Samson, Benjamin, Joseph, Sarah, Elizabeth, Alice and Alice.  He was the sixth oldest of the eight children.
