Joseph was born on February 28th, 1865 in Lloyd Street, West Bromwich, Stafford and his baptism took place on January 9th, 1867 in All Saints, West Bromwich, Staffordshire.1 2   Joseph's father was Samuel PAGE and his mother was Elizabeth WALMSLEY.  His paternal grandparents were Simeon PAGE and Sarah <UNKNOWN>. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Samson, Benjamin, Thomas, Sarah, Elizabeth, Alice and Alice.  He was the second youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 76 on June 13th, 1941 in Hemsworth, West Yorkshire.3
