George Cusworth

George was born on May 1st, 1846 in Thorne Quay.  George's father was Robert Cusworth and his mother was Hanna Ridsdale.  His paternal grandparents are John Cusworth and Sarah Chilvers; his maternal grandfather is Mathew Ridsdale. He had two sisters named Anne and Hannah.  He was the oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John, Robert, Sarah and Ellen.  He died at the age of 69 in 1915.
