Michael was born on September 20th, 1950. Michael's father is Carmen Sepe and his mother is Betsy Ruth Lowell. His maternal grandparents were Aurthur Lowell and Rose Marie Ruoff. He has three sisters named Michelle, Lauren and Meredith. He is the second oldest of the four children.-
