Betsy was born on June 5th, 1930. Betsy's father was Aurthur Lowell and her mother was Rose Marie Ruoff. Her paternal grandparents were Charles (C.A.) Augustus (Angelo?) Lowell and Ida M LeRoy. She had two brothers and a sister, named Cris, Stanley and Susan Rosemary. She is the second youngest of the four children.-
