Rhaena's father was Daemon Targaryen and her mother was Laena Velaryon.  Her paternal grandparents were Baelon Targaryen “The Brave” and Alyssa Targaryen; her maternal grandparents were Corlys Velaryon “The Sea Snake” and Rhaenys Targaryen. She had a sister named Baela.  Baela and Rhaena were twins. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Aegon III, Viserys II and Visenya.
