Catherine Josèphe Broussard

Catherine was born in 1690 in Port Royal, Acadia, Nova Scotia, Canada and her christening took place about 1690 in St. Jean Baptiste, Port Royal, Acadie, Canada. Catherine's father was Jean Francois Broussard and her mother was Catherine Richard. Her maternal grandparents were Michel Richard and Madeleine Blanchard. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Pierre, Francois, Claude, Alexandre, Joseph, Jean, Marie, Marie, Elizabeth and Francoise. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 41 in 1731.
