Maria Anna was born on December 21st, 1735.  Maria Anna's father was Carolus Benoit and her mother was Marie Catherina Vannieuwenhuyse.  Her paternal grandparents were Carolus Benoit and Maria Catharina Coucke. She had a brother and three sisters, named Petrus Carolus, Maria Catharina, Maria Theresia and Maria Josepha.  She was the second oldest of the five children.  She died at the age of 2 on January 11th, 1738.
