François Benoit

François was born on March 6th, 1819. François' father was Jacobus Benoit and his mother was Maria Therese Hoet. His paternal grandparents were Petrus Josephus Benoot and Catherina Julia Stroobandt. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Louis, Pierre, Joseph, Hypolitus, Eduard Aloïsius, Eugenie Sofie, Colete Sophie, Louise, Anna Catharina, Sophie and Amelie. He was the nineth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 57 on May 6th, 1876.
