Constantinus was born on August 15th, 1836.  Constantinus' father was Carolus Algoet and his mother was Coleta Vandenborre.  His paternal grandparents were Adrianus Algoet and Anna Maria Coudijzer; his maternal grandparents were Joannes Baptiste Vandenborre and Genoveva Devos. He had a brother and three sisters, named Henricus, Marie Louise, Julie Virginie and Coleta.  He was the second oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 19 on August 9th, 1856.
