King of Sweden until 380 AD. Aun was not a warrior, but stayed "quietly at home". Several times he fled from attackers, always returning. In return for a long life, Aun sacrificed nine of his sons. At last the people of Sweden refused to let him sacrifice the tenth son. Aun died without pain at a very old age.
