Margaret's father was William Murray and her mother was Catherine MacLean.  Her maternal grandparents were John MacLean and Jessie. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Allan, Allan, Christina and Dolina.  She was the second oldest of the five children.  She died in 10 Habost, Ross-shire, Scotland.
