Catherine was born on June 14th, 1856 in 18 North Dell, Barvas, Ross-shire, Scotland.1   Catherine's father was Alexander Morrison and her mother was Catherine Graham.  Her maternal grandparents were Kenneth Graham and Margaret Graham. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Norman, John, Angus, Ann and Margaret.  Catherine and Angus were twins.  She died at the age of 4 on February 14th, 1861 in 18 North Dell, Barvas, Ross-shire, Scotland.
