Henry George Martin

Henry was born on January 27th, 1898 in Eltham, Taranaki, NZ.¹ Henry's father was George Samuel Martin and his mother was Matilda Jane Daines. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Martin and Elizabeth Reid; his maternal grandparents were Haylett "John" Daines and Mary Ann Bugg. He had two brothers named Bertie and Samuel. He was the second oldest of the three sons.
