Mary Elizabeth Hannaway 
Mary was born on May 8th, 1903 in Middlesbrough, England.1 Mary's father was John Hannaway and her mother was Margaret Higgins. Her paternal grandparents were Patrick Hannaway and Caroline Elizabeth Jones; her maternal grandparents were John Higgins and <Unknown>. She had two brothers and five sisters, named John, Patrick, Bridget, Catherine, Margaret, Philomena and Rose. She was the oldest of the eight children. She had a half-sister named Ann. She died at the age of 79 in 1982 in Cleveland, North Yorkshire, England.-
