Georgina was born on September 4th, 1878 in Blue spur, Otago, NZ. Georgina's father was Alexander Campbell and her mother was Ann Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Angus Campbell and Mary McKay; her maternal grandparents were Malcolm Smith and Christianna MacLeod. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, Angus, Catherine, Mary and Christina. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 80 on March 7th, 1959 in Tapanui, Dunedin.
