Peter Jacob was born in 1777 in North Carolina, United States.  Peter Jacob's father was GEORGE Phillip Snodderly and his mother was ELIZABETH Turley.  His paternal grandparents were PHILIP George Snodderly and Elizabeth Sabina Schabley. He had four brothers and six sisters, named JOHN, John, Henry, Henry, Sallie, Mary, Susannah, Catherine, Sabine Elizabeth and Rachel. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Henry, Henry, Jacob, Sallie, Susannah, Rachel and Catherine.  He died at the age of 63 in 1840 in North Carolina, United States.
