Nancy Jane Hampton 
Nancy Jane was born in October 1872 in Kentucky.1 Nancy Jane's father was Matthew Hampton and her mother was Mary Polly Ann Gullett. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Hampton and Susannah Caudill; her maternal grandparents were JAMES Christopher Gullett and PATSEY Bailey. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named George M., William, Joseph, John, Darius, Martha E., Mary, Fannie or Fanna, Louisa Lula, Laura, Cora and Florence. She was the third oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 45 on March 14th, 1918.-
