Lady Joan Plantagenet
Lady Joan was born in 1312. Lady Joan's father was Henry Plantagenet, 3rd Earl of Lancaster and her mother was Matilda "Maud" De Chaworth. Her paternal grandparents were Edmund Crouchback England and Blanche D'artois; her maternal grandparents were Sir Patrick de Chaworth and Isabel Beauchamp. She had a brother and six sisters, named Henry (3rd Earl of Lancaster), Lady Blanche, Lady Matilda of, Isabella, Lady Eleanor, Eleanor of Woodstock and Lady Mary. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 33 on July 7th, 1345.General Notes

She was the daughter of Henry Plantagenet, 3rd Earl of Lancaster and Matilda de Chaworth.
She married John de Mowbray, 3rd Lord Mowbray, son of John de Mowbray, 2nd Lord Mowbray and Aline de Breuse, after 28 February 1327.
She died on 7 July 1345.
She was buried at Byland Abbey, Yorkshire, England.
From after 28 February 1327, her married name became de Mowbray.
