Female Blanche D'artois

Blanche was born about 1247 in Arras, Hautes-Pyrenees, Midi-Pyrenees, France.1   Blanche's father was Prince Robert I  The Good Capet DeArtois and her mother was Matilde de Brabant.  Her paternal grandparents were King Louis VIII 'The Lion' Capet De France and Blanche Castile France; her maternal grandparents were Henry II, Duke of deBrabant or de Brabant or Brabant and Maria VonHohenstaufen or Von Hohenstaufen or Hohenstaufen.  She was an only child.  She died on May 2nd, 1302 in Paris, Seine-Saint-Denis, Ile-de-France, France, ,.1 


Blanche's family with Edmund Crouchback England

‌Blanche and Edmund Crouchback were married in a religious ceremony before February 3rd, 1286 in Paris, France.1   They had three sons and a daughter, named Thomas (2nd Earl of Lancaster), Henry, John (Lord of Beaufort) and Mary.
