Elizabeth was born on February 7th, 1801 in Monroe (Barren) Co., Kentucky.1   Elizabeth's father was Nathan Breed and her mother was Mary Harlan.  Her paternal grandparents were Rev Joseph Breed and Priscilla Avery. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Leonard, Nathan, Sarah, Phoebe, Priscilla and Polly.  She was the youngest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 24 in 1825.  Her burial was in Old Mulkey Cemetary, Tompkinsville area, Monroe Co., Kentucky.2 1
