John Ballenger

John was born in 1756 in Prince William Co., Virginia.¹ John's father was Edward Ballenger Sr. and his mother was Mary Williams. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Ballenger and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Robert Williams and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and a sister, named Edward, James, Francis and Majorie. He was the third oldest of the five children.
