Duke Ludwig von Wittelsbach I 
Ludwig was born on December 23rd, 1174 in Kelheim, Niedelbayem, Bavaria, Germany.1 Ludwig's father was Herzog Otto von Wittelsbach I and his mother was Agnes von Loos. His maternal grandparents were Count Ludwig von Loos I and Agnès von Metz. He had six sisters named Richarde, Agnes, Heilica, Heilwich, Mechtild and Sophie. He died at the age of 56 on September 15th, 1231 in Kelheim, Niedelbayem, Bavaria, Germany.1 General Notes
