Otto Heer van Arkel 
Otto was born in 1330 in Leerdam, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands.1 Otto's father was Johan Heer van Arkel and his mother was Countess Irmgard of Kleve. His paternal grandparents were Johan Heer van Arkel and Mabelia van Voorne; his maternal grandparents were Count Otto of Kleve and Countess Mathilde of Virneburg. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Robbert, Arnoud, Arend, Johan, Herbaren, Willem, Elisabeth, Mechtild and Mabelia. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 66 on March 26th, 1396.1 -
