Seigneur Ralph de Toeni I (Rodulf) 
Ralph was born in 0930 in Tosni, France.1 Ralph's father was Hugh de Calvacamp and his mother was <Unknown>. His paternal grandparents were Malahule Eysteinsson and Maud of Flanders. He was an only child. He died at the age of 88 in 1018.2 General Notes

RALPH (or RODULF) DE TOENI I, son of HUGH DE CALVACAMP, was given Tosni by his brother Hugh, and is described as a most powerful man, perhaps in consequence of that gift. He is usually confused with his son Ralph, but there is no authority for such identification, and the dates involved show that there must have been two Ralphs, belonging to successive generations.
