Baudouin (The Bald) Flanders II (Baldwin II) 
Baudouin, known as The Bald, was born in 0863 in Flanders, Nord, France.1 The Bald's father was Baudouin (Iron arm) of Flanders I and his mother was Judith of France. His paternal grandparents were Odoscer and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Charles (The Bald) Roman II and Ermentrude Orleans. He had a brother and a sister, named Rudolf and Widnille. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 55 on September 10th, 0918.1 General Notes
