Baron of Cottingham Robert de Stuteville III (Robert de Estoteville, Robert D'Estuteville) 
Robert was born in 1070 in Estouteville-Ecales, Normandy.1 Robert's father was Robert de Stuteville II and his mother was Beatrix de Beaumont. His paternal grandparents were Robert de Stuteville I and Jeanne de Talbot; his maternal grandparents were Comte Yves Ivo de Beaumont II and Judith Adela de Gournay. He had a sister named Emma. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 36 in 1106 in Normandy, France.2 General Notes

Robert de Estoteville acquired a great inheritance with his wife, Eneburga, daughter and heir of Hugh, son of Baldrick, a great Saxon thane, and among other lands, had the lordship of Schypwyc, or Skipwic. He left three sons, Robert, Osmund, and Patrick.
