Laurette de Hainault 
Laurette was born in 1137 in Mons, Hainault, Flanders.1 Laurette's father was Comte Baudouin le Batisseur de Hainault IV and her mother was Adelheid de Namur. Her paternal grandparents were Count Baudouin de Hainault III and Jolande von Wassenberg. She had a brother and two sisters, named Baldwin, Agnes and Yolande. She was the oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 44 on August 9th, 1181.2 General Notes
