Ade de Coucy

Ade was born in 1166.¹ Ade's father was Sire Raoul de Coucy and her mother was Agnes de Hainault. Her maternal grandparents were Comte Baudouin le Batisseur de Hainault IV and Adelheid de Namur. She had three sisters named Yolande, Isabeau and Agnès. She was the second oldest of the four children.
