Adam was born in 1219 in Buckenham, Norfolk, England.1 Adam's father was Osbert de Cailly and his mother was Mabel Giffard. His paternal grandparents were Hugh de Cailly and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Richard Giffard and Mabel. He had three brothers named Thomas, Simon and Walter. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 88 in 1307 in Buckenham, Norfolk, England.1 -
