Margaret Walters

Margaret was born in 1769 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia.¹ Margaret's father was Thomas Walters and her mother was Lucy Walker. Her paternal grandparents were William Walters and Elizabeth Robertson. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named John, Robert, Thomas, Clement, Archer, Obediah, William, Abraham, Wilmoth, Agatha and Lucy. She was the third youngest of the twelve children.
