Myrtie Lee was born on May 29th, 1889 in Barren, Kentucky, United States. Myrtie Lee's father was Wiley Blount Vaughn and her mother was Martha Jane Foster. Her maternal grandparents were John William Foster and Martha Ann Allen. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Taylor Jefferson, Daniel Oliver, Nettie E, Annie Eva and Lennie Frances. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 68 on October 14th, 1957 in Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky, United States.-
