William Virgil Tilley 
William Virgil was born on August 23rd, 1905 in Catawba Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1910. William Virgil's father was John W. Tilley and his mother was Bertha L. Yount. His paternal grandparents were James Sidney Tilley and Levana Gustine Leigh. He had two brothers named John Everett and James Wade. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 47 on February 22nd, 1953 in Charlotte, Mecklenburg Co, NC. He was buried on February 24th, 1953 in Evergreen Burial Park Cemetery, Mint Hill, Mecklenburg Co, NC.General Notes
