Prudence Thornton 
Prudence was born on March 31st, 1699.1 Prudence's father was William Thornton Jr. and her mother was Elizabeth FitzHugh. Her paternal grandparents were William Thornton Sr. and Elizabeth Rowland; her maternal grandparents were John FitzHugh and <Unknown>. She had four brothers and eleven sisters, named Francis, Seth, William, John, Elizabeth, Margaret, Mary, Esther, Sarah, Jane, Judith, Anna, Susan, Alice and Johanna. She was the fifth youngest of the sixteen children.-
