J. A. Thomason 
J. A. was born on December 6th, 1882. J. A.'s father was James N. Thomason and his mother was Mary L. Parish. His maternal grandparents were George Washington Parish and Martha A. B. Wallace. He had a brother and four sisters, named George Albert, Alice J., Martha J., Irene E. and Ella. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 22 on February 21st, 1905. He was buried in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll Co, TN.General Notes
