3rd Baron Appin Sir Allen Stuart

3rd Baron Appin Sir Allen was born about 1497 in Appin, Argyllshire, Scotland.¹ 3rd Baron Appin Sir Allen's father was 1st Baron Appin Dugald Stuart and his mother was Isabella MacDougall. His paternal grandparents were Lord of Lorn John Mourach Stuart and Janet MacLaren. He had two brothers named 2nd Baron Appin Sir Duncan and Robert. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died in 1562.¹
