Sir Brian Stapleton 
Brian was born in 1382 in Carleton, Yorkshire, England.1 Brian's father was Sir Brian Stapleton and his mother was Elizabeth Aldeburgh. His paternal grandparents were Sir Brian de Stapleton K.G. and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were 1st Baron William de Adleburgh and Elizabeth de Lisle. He had two brothers named John and William. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 35 on October 13th, 1417 in Normandy, France.1 General Notes
