Elizabeth was born in 1360 in Harewood Tower, Yorkshire, England.1   Elizabeth's father was 1st Baron William de Adleburgh and her mother was Elizabeth de Lisle.  Her paternal grandparents were Sir Iveas Aldeburgh and Mary; her maternal grandparents were Sir Robert de L'Isle of Rougemont and <Unknown>. She had a brother and a sister, named William and Sybil.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died at the age of 57 on December 21st, 1417 in Levens, Kendal, Cumbria, England.1
