Jane Stanhope 
Jane was born in 1547 in Shelford, Nottinghamshire, England. Jane's father was Michael Stanhope and her mother was Anne Rawson. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Stanhope and Elizabeth Bourchier. She had four brothers and a sister, named Thomas, John, Edmund, Edward and Eleanor. She was the third youngest of the six children.-
