Eleanor Stanhope 
Eleanor was born in 1542 in Shelford, Nottinghamshire, England. Eleanor's father was Michael Stanhope and her mother was Anne Rawson. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Stanhope and Elizabeth Bourchier. She had four brothers and a sister, named Thomas, John, Edmund, Edward and Jane. She was the second oldest of the six children.-
