Gordon Lamar Skipper 
Gordon Lamar was born on February 18th, 1906 in Morrilton, Conway Co, AR. Gordon Lamar's father was John Quincy Skipper and his mother was Mary Magdalene 'Maggie' Sands. His maternal grandparents were James Nathan Sands and Nancy Ann Cary. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Arthur Franklin, Theodore, George Quincy, Adam Bradley, Everett Eugene, Ida Saxton Mckinley, Annie Lee, Bertha Carew, Naomi Mae, Delma Catherine and Winnie Dale. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 69 on January 3rd, 1976 in Belleville, Saint Clair Co, IL.General Notes
