Arthur Franklin Skipper 
Arthur Franklin was born on January 2nd, 1903 in Morrilton, Conway Co, AR and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Arthur Franklin's father was John Quincy Skipper and his mother was Mary Magdalene 'Maggie' Sands. His maternal grandparents were James Nathan Sands and Nancy Ann Cary. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Theodore, Gordon Lamar, George Quincy, Adam Bradley, Everett Eugene, Ida Saxton Mckinley, Annie Lee, Bertha Carew, Naomi Mae, Delma Catherine and Winnie Dale. He was the third oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 57 on April 17th, 1960 in Lanty, Conway Co, AR.General Notes
